The Philosophy
I started creating content because I felt regular cricket coverage was missing something important: the real emotion and fun of being a fan. Most post-match shows on TV are too serious and full of dry statistics, but that is not how people actually talk about cricket with their friends.
I created Spin & Swing to change that. My goal was to break down matches and discuss key moments in a fun, lighthearted way without making it boring. Along with post-match reactions, I also do stadium vlogs and on-ground vox pops. Taking the mic directly to the fans outside the stadium helps me capture real, raw reactions and show what the cricket community is actually feeling.
To balance this, I run another channel called Abhishek Unseen, which is dedicated entirely to vlogging. While Spin & Swing is fast-paced and focused on cricket, this channel is where I share my personal journey, daily life, and the honest process of creating videos behind the scenes.
Across both projects, my approach is simple: keep things authentic, respect the audience’s time, and make videos that are both enjoyable and easy to connect with.
